The Home Shoppe is a Real Estate business with a team of knowledgeable professionals specializing in every component of a real estate transaction. We cover all of Central New Jersey with an emphasis on Monmouth and Ocean County, including the Jersey Shore.

Robert D’Ambrosia, Director, Valerie Vargas, Managing Partner, and the rest of The Home Shoppe Group have over 25 years of combined sales and real estate experience helping clients achieve their goals.  The Group consists of professional, detailed-orientated agents and a support team that offers the best results for their clients.

We have a high level of expertise for current online marketing trends (leveraging multi-facets of the internet) as well as a great understanding of the importance of “offline” or “in person” relationships and communication to get results.  From our first meeting to closing the deal, we have a Team of Professionals ranging from photographers, attorneys, and everything in-between; all available to ease the process of buying or selling your home. Robert D’Ambrosia – Bob has been a part of the Keller Williams Realty Leadership Team since joining the company in 2011.  With over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in Real Estate and the Technology Industry, he is an expert in internet real estate marketing including websites, social networks, email, listing syndication, buyer lead generation sites, and more.  Bob is also a CDPE – Certified Distressed Property Expert, and has had a very successful career in which he was instrumental in growing a company from $2 Million in sales to over $50 Million in just a few years.  He has earned the NJAR Circle of Excellence, Bronze Level (2013 ,2014 and 2105). Bob has achieved many accolades selling real estate and coaching agents in sales and technology in New Jersey and California.


Valerie
Valerie Vargas – With over 12 years of real estate experience in all areas of buying and selling residential property and land,  Valerie has become a top producing Broker Associate for Keller Williams Realty.  With a career that has ranged from Sales to Broker Management, she has had the opportunity to train and develop the careers of over 100 sales associates. She offers professional and full-service experience including appropriate pricing analysis, substantial marketing and exposure, and detail-oriented transaction management.  Valerie is an expert real estate agent in the Central NJ and Jersey Shore areas and brings a wealth of knowledge about buying and selling real estate.  She earned the NJAR Circle of Excellence, Silver Level (2005 and 2006), and Bronze Level (2007, 2008, 2014 and 2015).  She was also designated Highest in Overall Satisfaction in NJ Monthly 2011.               

 

Kelly Malvino

Kelly Malvino -Operations Director, After 13 years in the field of education, Kelly brings her expertise and knowledge to the Home Shoppe Group.   Kelly oversees the Administrative Staff and is the point of contact for all of the Home Shoppe clients. She strives to ensure each transaction is handled with precision from the very beginning thru closing.  Her professionalism and detail oriented style allows her to showcase each listing to its fullest potential.  Kelly’s goal is ensure each client feels supported and guided through each step of every transaction.  Kelly’s passion for maintaining excellent communication is one of the most vital aspects of achieving excellent results.

 

Lisa Celestre – Buyer Specialist, began her Real Estate career in NYC, with a small real-estate company giving her the advantage to learn this business from the ground up.  Lisa, alongside her husband conceptualized and launched a highly successful real estate development and construction company. Through the building of the company Lisa became intimately familiar with the current market, local communities, zoning, and school districts, making her current chosen role as a buyers specialist an easy decision. Lisa’s knowledge ensures clients attain the best deal, while avoiding delays and costly mistakes. Taking a client’s hopes, dreams, and wishes and turning them into reality is Lisa’s full on focus. From start to finish, she is fully committed to providing a noticeably higher level of service that will make any real estate experience as easy and stress free as possible. Lisa also has an amazing eye for staging, redesigning and décor, making her a valuable commodity to the team and giving her an appealing edge not possessed by many others.  She wakes up every morning excited about how she can guide her clients.

 

Michele Carnesi holds the position of Customer Care Manager, she is one of the first voices our clients hear when beginning  their home search or home sale process. Michele builds the relationship and is the bridge that brings a lead to the introduction of our team. Michele’s background gives her the ability to have precise follow up, nurturing and getting to know our leads as friends proving from the start our team is about the need of the individual and letting them know they are important. Michele previously worked in the news industry working her way through the behind the scenes roles earning many awards including multiple Emmy’s and the Edward R Murro award for producing and editing. Michele stays with the client from the point of inquiry to their decision to join forces with the Home Shoppe Group team. Michele joined the Home Shoppe Team with excitement and energy, drawn in by the teams vibe and positive energy .

 

Shanna Polignone, Buyer/Listing Specialist, has over 19 years of sales, marketing and mentoring experience in the spirits and direct sales industry, where she has created connections and relationships throughout central NJ and the Jersey Shore.  She has held a variety of sales positions through out her life beginning as a sales consultant, to a marketing and promotions specialist to a sales director where she was among the top 1% in her previous organization for over 10 years. Shanna’s passion has always been working with people and guiding them to create the lives they want, with her real estate clients she gets to be at the heart where life begins, in the home. Shanna understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience.

Ryan Cusick, REO Specialist/Buyers Agent  has many years of sales, marketing and customer Service.  Ryan   brings a wealth of knowledge to The Home Shoppe Group
