Job Description

As an Inside Sales / Telemarketing Associate, you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by The Home Shoppe Group.  You will assist in all aspects of the process of prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer / seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.  The Home Shoppe Group provides all training necessary to successfully perform in this position.

High Performer Key Activities

  1. Practice, memorize and internalize scripts.
  2. Work a pre-planned work week.
  3. Prospect for new clients on a daily basis 3 hrs/day.
  4. Make 100-150 contacts per week calling on:
  5. Expired/For Sale By Owners
  6. Buyers
  7. Sphere of Influence
  8. Past Clients / Database
  9. Just Listed / Just Sold
  10. Open Houses
  11. Various other sources
  12. Conduct lead follow-up
  13. Manage contact database system.
  14. Call past clients and your sphere of influence to ask for referrals.
  15. Willing to be held accountable for goals/results.
  16. Attend training and establish daily role-play partners.
  17. Track weekly goals and progress.
  18. Measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks.

  1. NO PROSPECTING REQUIRED, you will be given LEADS and BUYERS to SHOW Homes to.
  2. Follows-up with, presents to, shows homes and services buyers.
  3. Develops expert knowledge regarding the neighborhoods, schools, and all issues regarding homeownership.
  4. Provides high-level fiduciary needs analysis and coordinates a time-efficient home search process.

 

People Skills
